Chris Upton

Chris is a founding partner of the creative agency Boys and Girls and has worked in the advertising industry for 16 years. Having graduated in psychology from UCD, he spent a short time in TV and Commercial production before completing an MSc in Advertising from DIT.   He is currently a partner and business director in Boys and Girls.

Over the years Chris has amassed considerable management and strategic experience across a wide range of sectors and brands, including AIB, BMW/MINI, C&C, Danone, Dulux, Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard, Tesco, and Unilever. He has also maintained a keen interest in film and digital communications and sits on the Brain Trust of Digital Biscuit, Ireland’s international Film and Technology forum.  A committed triathlete (in both senses), Chris has held a number of age-group national titles and is now “enjoying” racing Ironman distance and coaching.
