Niamh Fitzgerald is a Senior Account Manager at The Tenth Man, where she brings her love of creative problem‑solving and collaborative working to life. Before joining The Tenth Man, Niamh spent four years with TBWA\Ireland after graduating from Technological University Dublin with a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications.

She has worked with clients such as ESB Networks, Britvic, Oruna, Dalata, HSE, and Burger King, helping deliver meaningful, insight‑driven work she’s genuinely proud of. Her time across two creative agencies has shaped her as a thoughtful leader and a strong team player.

Now serving as Chair in her final year on the Future Council, Niamh is passionate about supporting young professionals and helping shape a more inclusive, inspiring industry for those starting out.
