Conor is an experienced creative leader with over a decade in the industry, spanning design, brand strategy, and campaign execution. Currently Head of Design at PML Group, Ireland’s leading Out of Home agency, Conor oversees creative innovation, team leadership, and the development of impactful OOH campaigns in collaboration with advertisers, agencies, and media owners.
Prior to this, he held senior creative roles with NAAMA Studios in London and Life Style Sports, where he led teams in delivering multichannel campaigns, brand identity development, and marketing strategy alongside creative direction. Earlier in his career, he worked with BoyleSports, gaining valuable experience in graphic design, photography, and video production, and has also freelanced for a number of large brands and companies, including LAYA Healthcare, AIG, and Pieta House.
A graduate of Dundalk Institute of Technology with a BA (Hons) in Creative Media, Conor has also completed professional diplomas in Psychology and Digital Marketing. He is passionate about exploring new technologies, creative processes, and trends, ensuring the brands he works with not only remain innovative and relevant, but thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
Outside of work, Conor is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, with a love for adventure and travel that fuels his creative outlook.
