Riya is currently an Employer Brand and Insights Specialist at ESW, where she helps attract top tech talent from around the world.
Prior to joining the tech industry, she worked at the public relations agency Drury, providing employer brand services to clients across a variety of industries. She began her career in employer branding at Musgrave, completing a six-month internship in the Learning & Development department as a marketing intern.
Originally from India, Riya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Riya also gained early experience in employer branding while working in the Careers Department at Smurfit, where she first developed her passion for the field.
Riya is eager to contribute her experience and energy to the Future Council, supporting early-career professionals in the marketing industry.
