Jay has a BSc (Honours) Degree in Design, Innovation & Technology. He also has an Advanced Certificate in Business Management, is IPA Eff Test certified, and is one of the only strategists in Ireland who is a Facebook Blueprint Qualified Planner.
Currently working as a strategy director in Core, Jay began his career as a social and content specialist in Brando before rapidly transitioning into strategy. Over the last six years he has held multiple senior strategy roles in Brando, Chemistry, Radical, and Core. During this time he has worked with many of the biggest brands in the country including the GAA, AIB, and Three.
Jay joined the Future Council to help early career marketing professionals avoid some of the (many) mistakes he made early on in his career. He also hopes to help make the industry more accessible to younger people from more diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
