Jennifer has a wealth of marketing experience with global brands acquired over nearly 20 years across a number of sectors including Technology, FMCG and most recently in Food Retail.
A marketing graduate from Dublin City University, Jennifer has deep roots in strategic marketing having started her career at Hewlett Packard in B2B before moving to B2C with Mars Inc. and working on some of the biggest brand launches of recent years. Jennifer‘s current role is with McDonald’s UK&I in which she has responsibility for leading all Marketing and Media in Ireland.
Jennifer is passionate about demonstrating the value Marketing brings to both the top and bottom line of a business and is an advocate of developing deeper functional, commercial and leadership skills among Irish marketing practitioners in order for the voice of the consumer to be represented more consistently at board level.
She has a proven track record of challenging the status quo to drive profitable growth and step changing performances across a number of brands and categories. Her highly collaborative approach to working with agency partners, suppliers and franchisees and ROI focused mind-set brings a unique perspective.
