I have over 15 years’ experience in marketing having graduated from DIT with a business and marketing degree. I have developed and led successful marketing strategies across a range of brands in both telcos and financial services
Currently I am Head of Marketing, Digital and Trading at Aviva, whilst I love all aspects of brand, acquisition and customer engagement one of my true passions is drawing the red line to value from marketing, in Aviva I have full accountability for the direct business P&L and have harnessed marketing to deliver triple digit revenue growth.
Most of all I am passionate about the customer, always looking to understand customers better. I believe the true essence of marketing is understanding customer needs, analysis, strategy and having strong brand credentials. And I believe P&L ownership is about three things, strategy, execution and values and for this people are key that’s why I am a firm believer of always being honest and open with agency partners to deliver on key business outcomes together and internally building teams that ensure individuals always have opportunities to grow and flourish and ensuring we all have fun along the way!
