About Our Speakers
Lee Geraghty: Since joining jump! in 2010 from Lansdowne Market Research (now part of Kantar) Lee has led the growth of jump! In the UK and heads up our London team leading innovation projects in markets as diverse as Ethiopia and Brazil. He’s passionate about helping clients think and act more courageously and creatively, across all stages of innovation. An expert in research, brand strategy, brand positioning and concept development, he works across as breadth of missions in entertainment, gaming, technology, sport, retail, food and drink. Lee has lectured in Marketing in DCU from where he also holds a Degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Marketing.
Paul Kelders: Paul has been involved in marketing for 30 years having started in Media Planning with McConnell’s Advertising before moving to DIAGEO and roles in consumer planning and as Marketing Manager for Guinness with responsibility for advertising; strategy and innovation. In 2004, Paul established jump! to help companies in the development of consumer-driven strategies, evolving it to focus more on Innovation and futures. Key to this has been understanding creativity and how to nurture and develop people’s ‘Creativity Mindset’ both within the agency and beyond. Over the past 20 years, Paul has, with his partners, led the growth of jump! to become one of Europe’s foremost strategy and innovation agencies with teams in Dublin and London servicing projects in every corner of the world for Heineken; Pernod Ricard; Red Bull Racing; adidas; Fáilte Ireland; Flutter; Bumble; Honda; Mark Anthony Brands amongst others. Paul is a Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and a graduate of the DIT Diploma in Advertising. He is also a member of Munster Rugby’s Commercial Advisory Group.
Hughie Devine: Hughie is the Head of Sponsorship & Programmatic Partnerships at Mediahuis Ireland where he works closely with brands across multiple solutions including Digital Audio, Targeted display & VOD. He is responsible for the monetisation of Mediahuis' premium editorial podcast suite across sponsorship & pre roll ads. He also works with blue chip brands on creating bespoke commercial podcasts recorded in Mediahuis' state of the art studio. Previous to this role, he has over 15 years of experience in the Irish Media Industry working across TV, Digital, Print, Social & Digital Audit.
